How old do I have to be to enter the shop?

You MUST be 21+ with a valid ID to enter our shop, no exceptions

Do you sell THCA or CBD products?

We sell a wide range of THCA and delta 9 products. We do not carry CBD products.

What are the valid forms of ID?

Any government issued photo identification; driver’s license, state-issued ID, US passport

How is this legal? Will I get in trouble?

THCA is legal to sell under the HB 1325. As long as you keep all flowers in their original Sweet Tranquility bag, and you keep your receipt with your name on it, you will be in compliance with Texas law.

Do I need a medical ID?

No you do not need a medical ID, just a valid form showing you are 21+

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. All sales are final, so we make sure that what you purchase is exactly what you’re looking for.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We are a cashless store, but we do accept: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Union Pay

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Monday through Saturday 10am-9pm, and Sunday 1pm-6pm.
